A new tool for the current energies, for meditators and mystical types

I’ve been getting quite a few calls from my mystical friends who are finding the current energies difficult. So I’m sharing a tool I was given in meditation the other day and found very helpful when I used it on myself. You are welcome to experiment with it. Within 5 minutes I went from feeling a deep sorrow that exploded through my body into calm balance. If you suddenly find you are having INTENSE emotions and you think they are related to issues or things you’ve worked on or though, stuff you have already dealt with and even forgiven, but suddenly─WHAM─you feel hit by that old similar emotion or yuck again, this may work for you.

This is a time where anything that does not serve us, or anything in the old paradigm that needs to be let go of—transmuted is showing up.

Here is the tool.

Go into a meditative state or one where you are in the I AM. Know that only the I AM presence is real, that LOVE is real and everything else is not. Or if you need another way to think about it; think of it like you are in a theater and you can choose to create what you experience as real. Then imagine a box next to you. Decide to let anything and everything that is keeping you out of joy: old thought habits, old emotional reactive patterns, beliefs, emotions, etc move into the box.

If something is stuck and doesn’t want to move into the box. (And you might feel it in your physical body or your energy body, I did at first.) Then investigate why or what part of you is holding on to it. Investigate what you think you are gaining from holding onto the beliefs or thoughts that bring you pain.  And then make the decision that you choose to live in joy in the I AM and move that which you were holding onto into the box as well.

Remember that if you feel something is holding on to you or you are holding onto it and you need to investigate, do it without judgment but in great love and compassion for your journey. If you feel like it you can even thank it for the learning it has given you. And pretty soon you might find you are creating a lot more peace and joy in every moment. I have.

Transformational Healing. Self Empowerment

Now in this time of change it is even more important to be aware of how we use our energy and that includes our thoughts and emotions. There are also ways to touch into our divine Self, the part of us that is unlimited  and carries energy and love to assist us to transform fear and limitation programing. Please check out my June workshops if you are interested in creating your life in greater ease during this time of world wide transformation.

I saw many people heal their lives and their physical health by using energy, consciousness and the inner power of thoughts.

Poem

I got this from my friend Dani this morning. She said she had an experience yesterday of going into full Presence and this way of expressing it came to her this morning. Reading it I can feel that awareness and hope you can too. She also said she never writes poetry, but I guess that is an old story and no longer true.

Hi Laurie

Here is a poem that came this morning as I was waking….

When “MY” and “WORLD” disappear

Divine sparks ignite shells

Burning around the heart

What remains

Poetry: The Dance of the Heart

Oak trees with blight
SEEKING SUNLIGHT
By  Laurie Roth

I walk the tears across
hillsides dripping red desire,
after you
refused to find
the way through
your private battleground
to the other side:
and melt in love’s sweet laughter.

The oaks have caught a blight
no leaves are stretching from their branches.
Yet, they stand upright, majestic, proud
Caught ‘tween life’s light
and death’s dim shroud.
Watching, waiting, holding tight
But without the breath to fight
As you, with lichen around your heart
Stiffen, gasp…………and then
Abruptly choose to let in Light
that pushes outward.
Hissing, scraping, stamping, crying
singing, laughing, dancing, howlin,
in the new wind blowing
straight from the soundless sound
deep within the center atom
of your tender tear torn love.

I find writing a poems a great way to express myself and it moves me along into some other part of myself.
Please feel free to leave your poem (or link) as long as it is respectful.

From Atheist to Mystic: The Beginning

I learned about psychological, psychic and spiritual healing by going through many doorways. All of us have to move through fear as we grow greater awareness. Click here to read more

Healing pain

Learning to move through fear as awareness opened for me was challenging

Transformation

This blog is about how we change our experience as we change our consciousness. Reality has many layers and is much more fluid than most people understand. The mind can focus consciousness and limit it so we can have certain experiences, it can also make us feel trapped and caged or we can use to to choose to grow in understanding and free ourselves from our cages. This allows us to our greater awareness and tap into unlimited awareness, love and spaciousness.

Both my parents were Jewish atheists. Sometimes people think that is a funny idea, but many Jews stopped believing in “God” after WW II and the Holocaust. I didn’t know and so assumed there wasn’t a God or a Divine force. I just knew that being in my body on this planet seemed totally crazy and full of pain. People said one thing and did another. They said they loved you but were scared sad or angry much of the time. I wanted to find a way out of my pain. Music, psychology, romance and spiritual awakening were my routes.

When I was in college I’d argue with my dorm friends who believed in God because they were told to, and they accepted the authority of others, like the churches to know more then they did. They never talked about having an experience or understanding, but just accepted what they were told. To me back then, that kind of faith seemed like wishful thinking at best or really more like some kind of superstition or addiction.  So later when I started having mystical experiences, it was scary. I thought I was going nuts, because what I believed  was reality started to change.  I have been going through these shifts in my understaning since I was in my early twenties. Now I have learned how to befriend the fear that arises at transformational times. It is a sign that the curtain of an old form is about to close so a new act can begin.
